Calling All Vendors!

Promote your products and services to over 300 women motorcyclists! Three days of flexible vending time to showcase your products to female riders. Our attendees wait to make purchases at Rally to support vendors and typically purchase from 3-4 vendors.

Vendor Application must be received and paid by May 15, 2026

Key Information

• Rally Dates: June 18-20, 2026 (Thursday – Saturday)
• 300+ female attendees
• 2-wheeled and 3-wheeled riders
• Key vending times (12 pm – 5 pm Thursday) (10 am – 5 pm Friday) (10 am – 3 pm Saturday)
• Promotional emails, blog posts, and social media support pre-Rally

Pricing

• 10 x 10 Outdoor   $85 plus $25 Permit Fee
• 10 x 20 Outdoor $125 Plus $25 Permit Fee
• 10 x 10 Indoor     $85 plus $25 Permit Fee

Vendor Permit Fee will be waived if you donate to our auctions!!!

If the host hotel (Wyndham) fills, they will automatically book people into the adjacent hotel (Courtyard) that is within 100 feet of the Wyndham.
