Calling All Vendors!

Promote your products and services to over 300 women motorcyclists! Three days of flexible vending time to showcase your products to female riders. Our attendees wait to make purchases at Rally to support vendors and typically purchase from 3-4 vendors.

• Rally Dates: June 12 – 14, 2025 (Thursday – Saturday)
• 300 + female attendees
• 2 – and 3 – wheeled riders
• Key vending times:
  • 12 pm – 5 pm Thursday
  • 10 am – 5 pm Friday
  • 10 am – 3 pm Saturday
• Promotional emails, blog posts, and social media support pre-Rally

Pricing

• Outside  10 x 10 – $  85 Plus $25 Vendor Permit Fee
• Outside  10 x 20 – $125 Plus $25 Vendor Permit Fee
• INDOOR 10 x 10 – $85 Plus $25 Permit Fee

Vendor Permit Fee will be waived if you donate to our auctions!!!
